We're in This Together
After the sale, you have 30 days to decide if the software is right for you. Our programs are
designed for easy installation. One of our technical support representatives
will call to introduce him or herself and provide information on the
services we offer. We maintain the best telephone response time in the
industry, and we stay on the phone until we've answered your question
or solved your problem. If you are in the middle of a closing, or your
hardware technician is in your office, just let us know and we'll mark
your call as urgent. We maintain a balanced staff of real estate and
technical experts so that no matter what your needs are, we can get you
back to work as fast as possible. And if you need additional product
training, we offer public training classes at SoftPro, or you can have
a consultant/trainer come to your office.
We Depend on You
In order to make sure that our products are intuitive and easy to use,
we will survey you on a regular basis, and make enhancements based
on your feedback. We evaluate every suggestion from every customer.
We conduct SURE (Software Usability Review and Evaluation) meetings
with customers so they can review all our latest designs. We constantly
strive to learn and use the latest product management, product development,
documentation, and quality assurance tools and techniques to ensure
the quality and stability of our products.
We Keep You Informed
Throughout our on-going relationship, you will continue to receive newsletters
with hints and tricks to enhance your use of the software. You'll also
receive periodic progress reports to keep you informed about the latest
developments. Most importantly, we work as a team, and we want you
