The Client Solutions Team supports SoftPro’s largest customer, Fidelity National Financial. The team consists of fun, dedicated team members who love what they do, including Implementation Managers, Configuration Specialists, Document and Report Developers, Trainers, Onsite Support Trainers and our Technical Services Specialists.
The Quality Assurance team systematically identifies and reports defects in our software products, as well as verifies any issues have been resolved. This is accomplished using the Agile process, manual and automated tests, as well as physical and virtual environments. The team works to deliver the best quality product to our customers.
The Compliance Department is all about the customer. The focus is to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date regulatory information through newsletters, regulatory updates, and emails. The Software Development team enhances existing software products and creates brand new ones.
