Allows SoftPro users with admin permissions to define preferred attachment folder targets for documents and document naming conventions for use when generating or attaching documents to orders. Attachment Namer presents you with a simple interface, allowing you to select from a dropdown list of predefined folders and create a valid document name.

Allows you to search for orders in SoftPro and quickly queue files (external documents, emails, scans, etc.) to attach to the order without having to wait for the order to open/save/close. Attachments can be added without waiting for other coworkers to exit an order, and without blocking them from the order. AttachPro can alsomonitor network file shares, and queue scans for attachments using cover sheets that are generated out of the AttachPro tool.

Leverages automation in SoftPro Select to automatically render and publish word documents without prompt variables and save them to your order attachments. The documents publish to the folder specified in the Default Folder product mapping. 

AutoMail automatically captures emails from across your organization via your Microsoft Office 365 account. Inbound and outbound emails with an order number in the subject line will be automatically pulled into the corresponding SoftPro Select order along with any attachments in that email. AutoMail tracks emails originating from Outlook 365 and from within SoftPro Select and saves them to the Order Attachments, so you can easily reference all of the emails regarding a particular file in one place. Plus, you can designate which employees’ emails and attachments are captured.

Allows for system-wide management/maintenance of tasks across multiple orders. It provides the ability to update multiple tasks by reassigning them from one person or department to another, updating the status and/or dates of those tasks, or adding a note to them.

Ability to schedule closing dates and reserve conference rooms with an integrated calendar.

Allows you to create multiple files based on a preconfigured spreadsheet. This is helpful when entering in multiple properties contained within a project.

You can see all attachments with an expanded folder view to browse and view all order attachments, including Microsoft Office documents and PDFs, while moving from screen to screen throughout your order. DocuView also provides PDF manipulation tools for annotating, separating, and combining PDFs.

Directly import your bank’s information file, detailing cleared transactions into the ProTrust accounting module, for even quicker reconciliation. ProTrust can also generate a report that identifies duplicate transactions and other errors.

Create a file containing a list of checks to be authorized for payment. You can compile all checks that fall within your specified date range into a file which can be sent to your bank. The checks can then be authorized for payment by the bank, thus helping to prevent illicit check writing.
